Shipping options include USPS and UPS depending upon your location and desired timeframe. We resoundingly suggest UPS for more secure and reliable deliveries, better lost package claims processing, and more helpful customer service.
QUESTIONS REGARDING PACKAGES IN TRANSIT
If you have any questions about where your package is (e.g. it's been delayed or redirected), please contact USPS or UPS directly and have your tracking number ready. We do not have any further information regarding the whereabouts of packages once they have left our warehouse.
TIMELINE
Please allow one to three business days for order processing, plus three to five days for your order to arrive in the mail, depending on the shipping option that you chose. We fulfill and ship orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, so note that if you place an order on a Monday afternoon, it won't be processed and shipped until Wednesday. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Doughnuts & Deadlifts is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please promptly contact the courier you selected with your tracking number handy in order to receive help in tracking down or filing a claim for a missing package.
Note that all UPS shipments are automatically insured up to $100 for lost packages. In the event that your package was marked as Delivered but you didn't receive it, contact UPS immediately to dispute the delivery and have them open a Trace Case. Only contact Doughnuts & Deadlifts if the package was lost in transit and never marked as delivered-- in this instance we can file a Lost Package Claim.
USPS provides fewer options for lost/stolen packages. We suggest promptly contacting your local post office directly to ensure you speak to a representative who can track down your specific courier. USPS Priority Mail packages are eligible for Claims filings but First Class Mail is not; USPS does not offer any recourse or reimbursement on lost or stolen First Class Mail, domestic or international. Thus, Claims can be filed only if your package was sent via Priority Mail.

We offer free shipping for domestic orders with subtotals over $101 and for international orders over $121.
CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide! We offer several carrier options including USPS International and UPS International. Please note that some countries charge a customs fee for imported items. If you are ordering from abroad, please know your country's current import fees and be prepared to pay them.* As the importer, you are responsible for that cost.
NOTE: USPS First Class Mail International can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks for a delivery. For a quicker and more reliable delivery within ~1 week, select UPS.
*International shipping items that are returned due to customs fees not being paid or refusal of pick up at customs office will not be refunded if after 20 day return period.
