Returns & Exchanges

Return/Exchange Policy:

We will accept returns and/or exchanges within 20 days of the ship date. Product must be in original packaging and in new condition. If returns/exchanges are received after the 20 day period we will automatically deduct a 15% restocking fee from your refund/exchange and issue a gift card in said amount. 

If you would like a return or exchange, please follow the instructions per the return form in your package.

As soon as your return is received, we will process the return per your instructions.

Refunds: You will receive an email when your refund had been issued to the original form of payment.

Exchanges: We recommend checking the website to make sure that your exchange item is in stock before sending your item back. Once the exchange is received, you will receive an email with tracking information when the new item is sent out. If a requested exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued automatically and you will receive an email confirmation of the refund.

*Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

*Sales are final on discounted sale items and cannot be returned.

*International shipping items that are returned due to customs fees not being paid or refusal of pick up at customs office will not be refunded if after 20 day return period.

*Restocking fee will be charged if no paperwork is with exchange/return.
