Returns & Exchanges



Shoes must be postmarked for return/exchange within 10 days of delivery. There must be NO signs of wear on the sole or PU leather upper. If shoes are not in like-new condition, or they are sent back after the 10 day window, we will notify you that we cannot process the return/exchange and send the shoes back to you.

We will accept returns and/or exchanges received back at our warehouse within 20 days of the original delivery date on full priced apparel. Product must be in new condition with hang tags still on, where applicable. If a return is received after the 20 day period we will assess if the item(s) are still eligible for return and contact you. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any return that we can accept but that does not meet our policy requirements.

Refunds: You will receive an email when your refund had been issued, refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card. 

Exchanges: We recommend checking the website to make sure that your exchange item is in stock before sending your item back. Once the exchange is received, you will receive an email with tracking information when the new item is sent out. If a requested exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued automatically and you will receive an email confirmation of the refund.

*Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

*Sales are final on discounted sale items and cannot be returned.

*International shipping items that are returned due to customs fees not being paid or refusal of pick up at customs office will not be refunded if after 20 day return period.

*Restocking fee will be charged if no paperwork is with exchange/return.
