“It is an honor to represent a brand that cares for their athletes while understanding what it takes to be great. Striving for more on a constant basis while having fun during the journey is what makes DNDL a special brand. Being Flexible in my training and diet are things that I have been accustomed to with all of my adventures and it is nice to work with likeminded people to help spread the message.”

"Born and raised in the North Houston Area. Grew up playing multiple sports, but primarily Football since the age of 6, and stopped playing 1 year after college completing 17 years. Then I was introduced to CrossFit shortly after that and less than 2 years later I opened the doors to my own gym(CrossFit OverTake) and have been operating since. Using my athletic experiences and education while obtaining my degree is Exercise Sport Science I have been able to build a community and design a program that I am extremely proud of in every way. I am always seeking out new challenges and opportunities and have done so while getting heavily involved in the sport of Weightlifting and Grid. My life wouldn't be complete without my wife who has been more than supportive and is everything I could ask for. We have 2 English Bulldogs at home, and great friends and family that are very proud of what we have accomplished at a young age. I am extremely thankful for all the things that God has blessed me with and without him All of this wouldn't be possible. "
