Favorite Movement: Deadlift. Especially when I made my third attempt in DL at the Western Canadian Championship to qualify for WPC Worlds and RUM9 after missing my second attempt at the same weight!  

Least Favorite Movement: Sitting out, after I tore my patellar tendon, I was out for half the year.

Quick Biography

Hayden is an experienced iron sport athlete who has studied and competed under a number of renowned figures in the world of fitness, most notably, world champion power lifter Travis Mash and Hungarian National Weightlifting Champion Steve Sandor. Hayden is both a competitive weightlifter (in the 85kg weight class) and a competitive powerlifter (in the 82.5kg weight class) who competes and the national and international level respectively.
